Complaints procedure
• Max Health Care is affiliated with the complaints procedure of the KNGF. In the event of a complaint, the complainer preferably contacts the therapist in question. The complaint is discussed in a personal interview and an attempt is made to solve the problem. If this does not have the desired effect, the complainer can address the complaint in writing to the complaints committee of the KNGF (see leaflet available in the practice)
• The complaints committee mediates, possibly initiates an investigation and makes a recommendation.
